Effective October 1, 2019, Mr. Yan Lee will step down from his position as Chief Product Officer of iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (“iClick”) due to personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices. Mr. Yan Lee will not be involved in the management of iClick’s daily operations going forward but remains an advisor and a board member for V-Click Technology, a recently formed joint venture between iClick and VGI Global Media Plc, Thailand’s number one online to offline (O2O) solutions provider.
