HONG KONG, December 20, 2019 — iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (“iClick” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ICLK), an independent online marketing and enterprise data solutions provider in China, today announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held in Hong Kong on December 20, 2019.

 

At the meeting, the shareholders of iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited approved, ratified and/or confirmed the following resolutions:

 

1.              To appoint and ratify the appointment of Mr. Lub Bun Chong as director of the Company;

 

2.              To approve and ratify the appointment of Mr. Terence Li as director of the Company; and

 

3.              To act upon such other matters as may properly come before the Company’s annual general meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
